World of Warcraft Tournament Realms go down
"If you were having a hard time connecting to Blizzard's World of Warcraft Tournament Realm, it's because the servers were recently shut down for some urgent maintenance. You shouldn't have any problems with it now though since the realm is up and running Community Manager Bornakk has announced that they will be providing updates in case any more issues come up. Unfortunately, he failed to give any details on the specific problems which prompted the developers to shut down the realms. Furthermore, Bornakk's post seems to hint that users may still encounter a few more problems while accessing the realm. We're going to be keeping an eye out for any updates regarding this issue, still, we're hoping that whatever caused the developers to take down the realms has already been resolved so WoW players can play without any interruptions. WoW Wallpaper: Mias the Putrid We all know too much computer exposure is bad for your eyes. Now if you really can't take your self away from World of Warcraft, why not try the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game. Even Blizzard wants you to. In fact, the latest official wallpaper to come out for Warcraft features Mias the Putrid - a visual treat using artwork from the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game. Blizzard partnered with Upper Deck to bring us this card game where you can still immerse yourself in the lore of your favorite massively multiplayer online game without even connecting to the Internet. Over at the official website, Blizzard provides more WoWTCG art wallpapers and even a demo deck. If you still need a little persuasion about the game, we recommend you visit QJ.NET's primer on World of Warcraft Trading Card Game. Everything you need to know to get started is in here. More updates as we get them. " "About a month ago, Dr.
Tanya Byron made headlines regarding her review on video game violence. Now, she's has taken the spotlight once again with a BBC TV show she wrote and hosted. Through it, she linked video game to heroin addiction. wow gold kaufen In her show, Byron delved deeper to the world of gaming by talking about several situations gamers are in. She went as far as to compare playing video games to cocaine or even heroin addiction. One of her interviewees was Michelle Hart, a 39-year-old World of Warcraft addict. wow gold cheapest Hart said she's been playing the MMORPG for two years and spends most of her free time playing it. With her situation, Byron commented, ""It might seem ludicrous to compare a childish computer fantasy game with hard drug addiction. But addiction counselors offering treatment to gamers argue that there are key similarities in the way that the consumer gets hooked into coming back for more."" Aside from Hart, Stephen Noel-Hill was another interviewee by Byron. lotro gold Noel-Hill was revealed to be a recovering gaming addict. He was able to establish a recovery clinic in Amsterdam which welcomed game addicts. Noel-Hill believed that ""computer gaming has become an addiction every bit as pernicious as more conventional drugs."" Before ending the show, Byron stressed the fact the video games could cause harm to those who are addicted to it. gold wow She said: If we combine the pleasurable aspects of gaming or gambling with an individual who has other psychological or emotional needs, it become more obvious how this behavior can become addictive. if you guys have something to share regarding the latest work of Tanya Byron, feel free to comment using the space below." "In the lore of World of Warcraft MMORPG, Gruul the Dragonkiller is probably the most popular known Gronn around.
And everybody familiar with WoW knows the Gronns are considered to be immortal demi-gods of the Ogre race. Gruul, for those of you who are yet to encounter him, is the final boss of the raid dungeon Gruul's Lair in the Blade's Edge Mountains. wow powerleveling Out of curiosity or even sheer terror perhaps, some players in the official World of Warcraft Forums are wondering how exactly does Gruul, or the whole Gronn race for that matter, is able to defeat dragons. While Gronns are very powerful beings, they are not exactly known for range attacks.
